3 full-time permanent and 1 full-time fixed-term positions available for 2024.

For each position, we are looking for an outstanding, self driven, NZ registered teacher who is a team player, a positive thinker, and committed to making a difference for our learners.

Deputy Principal - Fixed term 2024 (4MU)

Thank you for your interest in applying for our Deputy Principal position (2024 fixed term). We have an exciting opportunity to join our team. Our principal is taking an opportunity on secondment for a year and our Deputy Principal will be leading our school. We are looking for an experienced leader or an emerging leader looking for their next step to join our team. The role is fixed term for 2024 and will be fully released with a small teacher release component.

This role encompasses a mixture of responsibilities covering key aspects of pastoral care, day-to-day school operations and importantly embracing our school vision to develop Effective Learners and Effective Citizens. With our experienced leadership team we are happy to define the role components on the strengths of the successful applicant.

First and foremost we are looking for someone with the ability and commitment to develop high-trust relationships with ākonga, staff and whānau.

The successful applicant will have a deep practical and pedagogical understanding of teaching and learning, strong curriculum knowledge and be able to play a lead role in implementing the curriculum refresh.
